"The Mug Kiong Hong
Gentlemen,
We respectfully beg leave
to draw your attention to the state
of the drain, and the dust bin opposite thereto,
both adjoining our premises, situated at the
Corner of Wyndham and Wellington Streets.
From such exhalations are
continually arising highly prejudicial to health.
The drain is in a very dangerous
state, being perfectly open, and the safety
of foot passengers especially at night
